Cancellation Policy
You must phone us at 805-650-3483 or email us at info@peacescuba.com on or before the cancellation deadline noted below. When you call or email leave the names of all individuals that need to cancel, the trip date and a contact phone number.
If you are on a Single day Open Boat trip the cancellation is 72 HOURS or 3 DAYS prior.
If your trip is on:
Wednesday then you must cancel the Sunday before your trip by 6pm
Thursday then you must cancel the Monday before your trip by 6pm
Friday then you must cancel the Tuesday before your trip by 6pm
Saturday then you must cancel the Wednesday before your trip by 6pm
Sunday then you must cancel the Thursday before your trip by 6pm
If you are on a Multi-Day Open Boat trip or a Multi-Day Free-Diving Trip the cancellation is 14 DAYS prior.
If you cancel inside the cancellation period or do not show up for any reason then you will be charged the full cost of each of your spots. No rain checks! This cancellation policy pertains to our Open Boat trips only!
This cancellation policy applies only to our Open Boat and Free Diving Trips. If you have booked your trip through a group that has chartered our boat, their cancellation policy applies to that trip. You would need to speak to that group for information and to cancel.
All scheduled trips will run, regardless of rain or shine (you’re going to get wet anyway!). PEACE will only cancel a trip if conditions become “unsafe” for passengers.
